How to claim your refund

- Include your order number and, if you're willing, a quick note on what didn't work for you. It helps us get better.
- We'll process your refund to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days.

- The guarantee covers one order per customer.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
- No need to return opened product.
